Conquering Concord

We continued our Spirit of Aloha Tour with a trip to the AAA office in Concord. We brought with us the exquisite entertainers from the Polynesian Cultural Center, including Travis Kaka who warmed up his ukulele strings onboard the tour bus before their performance.

Travis and the rest of the PCC entertainers put on quite a nice show for approximately 65 people.

Asha Wignarajah, Account Executive with Marriott, helped Nancy Morgan who is going to the Waikiki Beach Marriott.

We also ran into Janet Yacoub, Business Development Manager from Pleasant Holidays. Here she is (below on the left) with Asha and Michael McKay who booked five nights at Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort & Spa.

Mahalo to AAA for the warm reception!

-- Marriott's Spirit of Aloha Tour team

Music is a beautiful thing, bringing feelings of our favorite places and memories entwined in every melody. The folks on the Spirit of Aloha shared the music of Hawaii when they visited the AAA office in Concord recently. Exquisite entertainers from the Polynesian Cultural Center broke out their ukeleles and treated about 65 people to a free concert of traditional Hawaiian melodies. These musicians frequently entertain the tourists at Maui hotel resorts. After the musicians shared their music, the folks on the team discussed the great rates you can get these days at hotels in Honolulu. The music was a nice break and an escape as people relaxed. That's what life at hotels on the beach in Hawaii is all about.
