Aloha to the Big Apple

While we had an extremely busy schedule in New York City, meeting with key media and group clients, organizing photo shoots with the Polynesian Cultural Center troupe in the freezing weather, and bringing aloha to the heart of the Big Apple, the experience was definitely one of the highlights of our 45-day tour. We packed up and got back on the road after an amazing time, and are heading to Philadelphia for our next stop.

Meantime, we can't stop thinking about our Aloha Friday Pau Hana event which was held at the New York Marriott Marquis. Back home in Hawaii, Aloha Friday pau hana is a tradition, celebrating the end of the work week in anticipation for the weekend break. When the work day is done, we gather with good company, have a couple of mai tais and ono (delicious) pupus. And to carry on the tradition, we just had to celebrate Aloha Friday in New York, with all that and more!

Here's Elizabeth Caminiti of Marriott International's Corporate Public Relations team with Hotel Business Executive Editor Bruce Serlen, who joined us for our pau hana hour.

If you ask us, it doesn't get any better than this. Mahalo, New York City!
