Minnesota SI-king?

From the looks of it, SI (Shave Ice) fits right in here in Minnesota... Can SI be honorary Viking for the day? Here's SI in the middle of the snow and ice in front of CHS. And while SI may be able to stand the wind chill today, our photographer's hands may be a little numb!

Earlier, SI was outfitted with the traditional Minnesota Viking headgear by Marriott Resorts Hawaii's Director of National Accounts Margaret Laletin.

SI gets VIP treatment as he lounges in first class Viking-style. Onward we go!
