Marriott’s “Tweet Yourself to Hawaii” Sweepstakes winner Kelley Karnes and Matthew Simpson from Tempe, Arizona spent their Thanksgiving weekend at the oceanfront Kauai Marriott Resort and had a wonderful holiday vacation!
Upon their arrival, Marriott associates greeted Kelley and Matthew with floral ginger and cigar lei.
They enjoyed fresh island fruits and a bottle of champagne, and were inspired by the stunning views of Kalapaki Beach from their newly renovated guestroom.
They did a full day of sightseeing, discovering paradise with Polynesian Adventure Tours at majestic Waimea Canyon, parts of the Garden Island's South shore, and a river boat tour to the historic Fern Grotto. They also took an ATV tour with Kipu Ranch Adventures on a beautiful private ranch with majestic mountain views.
Kelley and Matthew were in awe of Kauai's beauty and hope to return one day soon!
