Bringing Hawaiian Smiles to Denver's Children's Hospital

Marriott's Spirit of Aloha Tour team

We have been having a blast sharing the warmth of the islands with everyone here on the mainland on this tour. Most especially, we have been fortunate to visit with inspiring Children's Miracle Network children, families and staff members. These visits truly melt our hearts and the spirit of aloha lies within each child's smile and laughter. Here at The Children's Hospital in Denver, Polynesian Cultural Center's Farwyn chats with 8-month-old Kimimila (whose name means "butterfly") Backbone and her parents who are from Montana.

The Polynesian Cultural Center entertainers performed in the atrium. The Children's Hospital was built in 2007 and its architecture and design is very impressive!

Here's three-year-old Olivia Thomas of Broomfield, Colorado learning to hula from Candace! She's going to Maui in April and has already been to Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii. She was mesmerized by the hula dancers and followed each step!

It sounds like you are all

It sounds like you are all having a blast and promoting Hawaii at the same time. That is so good to visit the Childrens Hospital in Denver. Tell Drew that Ms. Norma from Tennessee says hello. Safe travels...I was just in Honolulu for a week just a month ago. Wonderful weather, food and friends.
