Good morning Los Angeles! We were very excited to kick-off the final city of our 12-city tour bright and early with a 5 am call time at FOX 11's KTTV Good Day LA studio where Meteorologist Maria Quiban learned how to hula with former American Idol finalist Jasmine Trias and the Polynesian Cultural Center entertainers.
Maria's hometown is Aiea on Oahu and she has been living and working in Los Angeles for the past 10 years. Her graceful hula hands and swaying hips made her look like a pro!
We just had to share with Maria some Hawaii omiyage, or treats!
