Honolulu – October 7, 2009 – For your dining pleasure, the chefs of Marriott Resorts Hawaii (www.marriotthawaii.com) will each have their entree featured by Chef Chris Frothingham of 2100 Bistro & Bar at the Seattle Marriott Waterfront. The Aloha Friday menu will offer a Hawaiian inspired entree every Friday evening for the month of October.
In Hawaii, chefs from the five Marriott resorts on four islands all embrace the freshest of ingredients gathered in waters off Hawaii and from farms offering locally-grown products. It is in the "Farm to Table" menu that Marriott Resorts Hawaii chefs are sharing some of their signature Hawaii Regional Cuisine entrees.
In addition, for every Marriott Resorts Hawaii entree ordered off the "Farm to Table" menu, guests will receive a fresh flower lei imported from the Hawaiian Islands and be entered to win a four-night stay at any of Marriott's five Hawaiian resorts.
