Indoor Meeting Space

Hokulani Ballroom

15,600 sq ft. of flexible space, surrounded on three sides with tropical gardens and sweeping vistas. Impeccable service for functions up to 1,000. Magnificently complemented by the perfect weather of Oahu's sunny west shore.

Ocean Ballroom

For a truly elegant gathering, the Ocean Ballroom is unequaled in all its splendor. This exquisitely designed and luxuriously appointed ballroom overlooks picturesque garden and saltwater ponds with waterfalls. Ideal for large functions, the Ocean Ballroom offers 5,530 square feet of open space, with banquet seating for up to 420 or receptions for 600. The Ocean Ballroom can be subdivided into two rooms, and offers an additional 3,100 square feet of open-air pre-function space.

Malolo Room

Attractive décor and expansive views make the Malolo Room a perfect complement for any midsize gathering. Located on the second floor of the resort, the Malolo Room features a spacious 750-sqaure foot lanai. 3,875 square feet in size, the Malolo Room offers banquet seating for up to 260 guests, and reception seating for up to 340. Classroom and theatre seating are also available.

Lurline Room

For gatherings on a more intimate scale, we offer the Lurline Room. Floor to ceiling windows provide pleasing courtyard views. With 1,800 square feet of space, the versatile Lurline Room can be subdivided into three individual rooms. It is designed to accommodate up to 150 banquet guests, with room for a reception of up to 200. Classroom, theatre, and conference seating are also available.

Navigation Boardrooms

Our Navigation Boardrooms are designed with an air of distinction, and offer all the amenities and conveniences you need to conduct an executive meeting in complete comfort and privacy. The elegant Thompson Boardroom offers conference seating for up to 22, while our Mariposa Boardroom seats up to 12. For general meetings and conferences, the Matsonia Room provides banquet seating for up to 24, and conference seating for up to 18. In addition, guests can access our fully equipped business center, with available secretarial services.

Outdoor Function Space

The JW Marriott Ihilani Resort boasts some of the most beautiful outdoor venues under the Hawaiian sky. The resort’s Lagoon Lawn is a magnificent oceanfront venue overlooking West Oahu with breathtaking views of the Hawaii sunset. It’s the ideal location for gala night dinners or an evening group function under the stars.

Our event staff will help you create wonderful theme parties, such as a 1960s beach party, a Hawaiian luau or a Mediterranean feast. All of our theme parties feature unique menus, creative décor, entertainment and more. We also create special menus for dinners and banquets, as well as entertainment packages tailored to suit any specific occasion.
