Indoor Meeting Space

Kauai Ballroom

The Kauai Ballroom’s 17,280 square-feet of meeting space is divisible into three sections, under 19-foot ceilings. The three 5,500-square-foot sections include Kona Salon 1, Kona Salon 2, and Koolau Salon 3. Each section comfortably seats 300 in a classroom setting or 400 for a banquet.

Puna Ballroom

The Puna Ballroom provides 3,150 square-feet of meeting space and is divisible into four sections. Each of the ballroom’s 750 square-feet sections can comfortably seat 50 in a classroom setting or 50 for a banquet.

Kalapaki Room

The 300-square-foot Kalapaki Room is ideal for boardroom meetings and small meetings of up to 15 people.

Outdoor Function Space

Kauai Marriott’s 60,000 square-feet of outdoor function area includes three open-air courtyards, the pool deck, and the Luau Gardens adjacent to the beach and ocean.

Ka Mala O Kalapaki (Garden of Kalapaki)

This 50,000-square-foot garden of groomed lawns is adjacent to the Kauai Ballroom and surrounded by a tropical garden forest featuring indigenous flora, ponds and waterfalls. Ka Mala O Kalapaki is ideal for theme parties, elegant outdoor banquets and receptions preceding a banquet at the Kauai Ballroom.

Luau Gardens

This 5,000-square-foot outdoor venue of beachfront lawns is complete with an imu (underground oven) and stage. Enjoy an authentic Hawaiian luau as the coconut trees sway gently in the starlit sky, while the sound of waves fills the background. The Luau Gardens comfortably accommodates 150 to 300 people.

Pool Deck

The 5,000-square-foot, flagstone-surfaced Pool Deck surrounds our grand beachfront pool, and is an ideal venue for theme parties seating 150 to 300 people.
