Indoor Meeting Space

Kona Moku Ballroom

Located on the third floor of the Paoakalani Tower, the Kona Moku Ballroom – with nearly 7,000 square-feet of meeting space – can accommodate groups up to 900 set in theater-style and up to 610 for a formal banquet. The ballroom can be separated into three sections and is equipped with doors that open out to a prefunction area and open-air lanais.

Waikiki Ballroom

The Waikiki Ballroom, located on the third floor of the Paoakalani Tower, has nearly 4,000 square-feet of meeting space and can accommodate groups up to 375 set in theater-style and up to 340 for a formal banquet. The ballroom is divisible into three sections and provides a prefunction area and open-air lanais.

Leahi Ballroom

The 4,500 square-foot Leahi Ballroom can accommodate 650 set in theater-style and as many as 400 for a formal banquet. Located on the second floor of the Kealohilani Tower, the ballroom features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Waikiki Beach.

Waikiki Terrace

The 4,500-square-foot Waikiki Terrace is located poolside on the third floor of the Paoakalani Tower, and can accommodate 400 for a reception.

Pualeilani Terrace

Located on the third floor of the Kealohilani Tower adjacent to the Moana Terrace, the Pualeilani Terrace offers over 7,900 square feet of outdoor function space for meetings, banquets or special functions. The terrace accommodates up to 400 people for a banquet or 600 for a tranquil outdoor reception.
