Aulani Ballroom

Located on the resort’s lobby level, the magnificent 13,800-square-foot Aulani Ballroom offers flexibility to meet a variety of meeting needs. The Jade and Plumeria rooms adjoin the prefunction area and courtyard, while the Hoku, Maile, Pikake I and II rooms offer beautiful views of the pool, luau grounds and ocean. Aulani Ballroom’s beige walls with lawai fern print complements the vibrant carpet that depicts a variety of Hawaiian flowers including hibiscus, plumeria, red ginger, orchids and bird of paradise. The ballroom, which seats up to 1,200 for a reception, includes a lanai area ideal for breaks and small displays.

Aulani Foyer

The Aulani Foyer is located adjacent to the large courtyard area fronting the Aulani Ballroom, convenient for event registration. The nearby Business Center is easily accessible from the Foyer.

Breakout Rooms

Situated near the Aulani Foyer are four breakout rooms, which can accommodate small meetings or serve as offices.

South Pacific Ballroom

The 4,400-square-foot South Pacific Ballroom is wonderfully decorated with a green carpet of bamboo and fern patterns throughout. Its foyer offers a comfortable sitting area with an elegant water feature providing calming sounds. Event guests can easily walk out to the South Pacific Lawn and tropical gardens just outside the ballroom.

Puakenikeni Room

The Puakenikeni Room’s 1,700 square-feet of event space is divisible into two sections, and adjoins an inviting lawn area with tropical gardens and a large lanai.

Awapuhi Room

The 650-square-foot Awapuhi Room is divisible into two sections and provides the perfect venue for more intimiate gatherings.

Lokelani Ballroom

One of the resort’s most expansive venues, the Lokelani Ballroom totals to over 5,000 square-feet and is divisible into three sections. The ballroom’s magnificent full-wall murals depict stories of daily Hawaiian lives and activities that took place in an ancient ahupuaa – a parcel of land that runs from the mountain to the sea.

Lokelani Foyer

The foyer fronting the Lokelani Ballroom offers a spectacular ocean view and easy access to the adjoining Mala Wailea restaurant.
