Starwood Summer Pool Series: Dive in to Kauai’s Best Pools
Summer is here and that means it’s all about spending less time indoors and more time splashing around at your favorite beach or pool.
Hawaii has the best beaches, and we’re spoiling guests with our pools too!
We’re kicking off our Hawaiian summer with a little Starwood Hawaii pool roll call. Over the next few weeks, we’ll share all of our amazing 22 pools and 3 waterslides with you.
We’ll start at the top of the island chain at Kaua’i’s Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas and work our way down to the Sheraton Kona Resort at Keauhou Bay on the Big Island.
Westin Princeville Ocean Resort Villas
Number of pools: 4

The Westin Princeville isn’t fooling around when it comes to ample pool real estate for guests to enjoy.
Whether you’re hoping to relax in the lush surroundings of the Malie Plunge Pool, enjoy endless ocean views from the Na Pali Plunge Pool perched along the Princeville Cliffside or sip refreshing cocktails at the resorts Main Swimming Pool, you won’t be disappointed.
Kids will love the Keiki Pool complete with a child-size slide and a Hawaiian Honu.
Number of pools: 2 Ocean Pool & Garden Pool We can’t get enough of Kauai’s Ocean Pool overlooking the golden, sun-drenched sands of Poipu Beach on Kauai’s south shore. The south shore surf swells are a regular spectacle during the summer months, which means you’ll have front row seats to watch the live surf action right from the pool. Or maybe you’re looking for a little more peace and quiet where you can sip on an ice-cold Mai Tai and suntan the day away? The Garden Pool – tucked away in lush foliage – is the ideal spot to kickback and relax in the warm Hawaiian sun. Whatever you prefer, we can assure you that a summer day spent poolside at Sheraton Kauai is right where you belong.
